Motorists are up in arms about fuel prices. As part of the Government’s drive to listen to the people, any e-petition which receives over 100,000 names has to be debated in Parliament.

Petrol prices have dropped by 2p a litre, thanks to a move by Asda on Friday.  All of the other big supermarket chains have followed suit.  With Tesco offering an extra 5p off if you spend £50 or more on your groceries.

Petrol prices in the UK are expected to come down by as much 2p a litre as a result of sliding oil prices in the commodities futures market.

Motorists all over the country were breathing a sigh of relief last week as the price of crude oil fell sharply, but that initial joy has been followed by disappointment as the dip in price is struggling to trickle through to the forecourt.
