Home owners told to cut back by banks

Cost of living continues to rise

New figures show the cost of living in Britain is steadily rising.  Stats from the Office for National Statistics show that the rate of annual inflation reached 4.4% in July, and the Bank of England warn this could hit 5% before the end of the year.
